I believe there is no "one size fits all" plan for nutrition and fitness. We all have individual needs and they need to be respectfully addressed when creating plans for nutrition and activity. Successful programs are a collaborative effort that address your needs and lifestyle as a whole. I welcome you to take this opportunity to discover your optimal health. Feel free to contact me with any questions. more about Sheri |

| Current Thoughts |
|
Confused about the new dietary guidelines? Let's break it down and find a customized approach that meets your needs. Strategies for longevity and sustaining change; living a long and healthy life is the current trend. Our immune system is working overtime as we're in the midst of COVID, cold and flu season. Let's eat well and keep up the fitness routine with indoor activities when the weather is poor. This is the time to mix it up with a Health Coach-Nutritionist-Personal Trainer combo to support your winter endeavors (meal planning for work and school, how to stay active on a fuller schedule,...) I invite you to check out my newsletter archive - "Packing for Lunch", "Be Fit at Work", and others. Meanwhile, I'm available to improve your success and sustain long-term change. Setting the goal is the easy part, how to reach it can be the most challenging. Let's work on strategies together! My goals have remained the same, to extend the "health-span" (longevity along with health) of my clients. I have a great appreciation for all my clients who inspire and enlighten me.
I've come to appreciate how an established healthy lifestyle has made my life more comfortable and enjoyable. This doesn't mean it's always easy. It takes constant re-evaluation and commitment, often difficult when life gets stressful, busy and complicated.
Meanwhile, I'm offering a hybrid of in-person (masks optional) and virtual personal training and/or nutrition appointments, based upon your personal preferences.
Stay up-to-date with flu, COVID-19, measles and RSV vaccines!
Updated COVID vaccines are available for all of us, 6 months and older. Flu vaccines are available too. In Washington state, get a COVID vaccine at your local pharmacy or with your health care provider.
